Send Private User Notes Directly to the Member Dashboard
Most note plugins only let admins jot things down about a user. This one lets you actually talk to them — right on their account page.

Everything You Need for Two-Way Communication with Your Members
Connect your forms to specific membership plans and define access rules upfront. Users can choose a free or paid plan during signup and get the right access without extra steps.

Target the Right Users
Send a note to everyone, a specific role, or one person by name. A note marked for “Subscriber” only reaches subscribers.
Let Users Reply
Turn on replies for any note. Users respond directly from their dashboard, and every reply lands in your Reply Archive.
Attach Files
Attach a file to a note or a reply. Send onboarding documents, invoices, or account-specific instructions along with the message.
How Private Notes Works

Create a Note
Go to Private Notes > Add New. Write a title and message, pick your audience, and toggle on replies if needed.

It Lands on Their Dashboard
The note appears on the recipient’s My Account page. Only the audience you selected can see it.

Users Read and Reply
They open the note, read it, and reply if you’ve enabled that option. You get an email when they do

Manage Replies from One Place
Every reply routes to User Registration > Private Notes > Reply. Respond straight from the Reply Archive.
