Step 1: Enable Users to Register on Your Website
By default, WordPress websites do not provide a registration option or save the data of the users that register on their website.
So, you must enable the Membership option before creating a registration form. Only when you enable the option will these registrations be assigned to a certain role within your website.
So, initially, you need to open your WordPress dashboard and go to Settings >> General. Then, you need to tick the “Anyone can register” checkbox.
